With more than 20 years of experience in Financial Services, Kevin works with individuals and businesses on retirement planning, investment strategy, and long-term financial planning. Kevin began his career in financial services in 2000 and became President of Alliance Financial in 2006, helping guide the firm’s growth and professional culture. In 2018, Alliance Financial became associated with LPL Financial.

Background
A lifelong Pennsylvania resident, Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and grew up in Lebanon County. He values community involvement and previously served as President of the Mount Aetna Lions Club. Kevin lives in Wernersville with his wife, Michelle, and their son, Bryce. He is also a youth basketball and soccer coach. Outside of work, he enjoys football, running, travel, and spending time at the beach.
Thomas Drexler
Based in Pennsylvania, Tom Drexler works with clients in Harrisburg, Carlisle, and Wyomissing. He works with individuals and businesses to help them pursue their financial objectives. He is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly participates in industry training and educational programs to stay current with the evolving financial landscape.
Tom began supporting the firm’s Carlisle office in 2020 and continues to assist clients with their financial planning needs. He also completed specialized training in Social Security planning in 2015.
Community
Tom serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for Community Cares and plays a key role in overseeing the organization’s golf tournament fundraising committee.
Background
Tom grew up in Wernersville, a small town in Berks County. He graduated from Conrad Weiser High School and went on to attend Shippensburg University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance. During his time at Shippensburg, Tom participated in a study abroad program in 2011 at the University of the Sunshine Coast in Sippy Downs, Australia. In 2014, Tom moved to Lancaster County, where he resides with his wife, Samantha, and their three dogs. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time on the golf course.

Eric Mischler, CRPS®, is a Pennsylvania-based financial advisor serving clients in Harrisburg and Wyomissing. He holds Series 7 and Series 66 registrations through LPL Financial and brings a client-first approach shaped by his background as a Client Relationship Manager.

Stephanie received both her B.A. and M.S. from Shippensburg University and is a graduate of Leadership Cumberland (2016). She earned her CFP® designation in 2020 and her CKA® designation in 2025.
Stephanie lives in Carlisle with her husband and children. She is actively involved in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for Maranatha-Carlisle and the United Methodist Foundation of Pennsylvania, and on the Board of Trustees for the YWCA of Carlisle. She also volunteers with Junior Achievement and the Cumberland County Bureau of Elections and serves in several leadership roles at Carlisle United Methodist Church.
In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys being outdoors, running, and spending time with her family and friends.
Jacqueline L. Powell CFP®
Jackie L. Powell, CFP®, serves as Business Development and Community Outreach, where she is focused on strengthening partnerships, supporting strategic initiatives, and expanding the firm’s presence within the communities it serves.
Jackie has more than 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, where she has worked with individuals and families, particularly in the Carlisle, PA area, supporting clients through life transitions and long-term financial planning needs. She previously built and owned her own firm before joining Alliance Financial in 2020 through a merger. Throughout her career, she has worked with hundreds of clients and brings a thoughtful, experienced approach to her work.
Jackie maintains Series 7, 24, and 63 securities registrations with LPL Financial and holds a Series 65 registration with our firm, along with life and health insurance licenses. She is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of LPL Financial.

Jackie has held numerous leadership roles throughout her career, including past president of the Central Pennsylvania Association of Women Executives, the Cumberland County Estate Planning Council, and the Financial Planning Association of Central Pennsylvania. She has served on the boards of the Carlisle Area Chamber of Commerce, the YWCA of Carlisle & Cumberland County, Leadership Cumberland, and the Carlisle Industrial Development Corporation, and previously served as board chair of Partnership for Better Health.
She is currently chair of the CommunityAid Foundation Board and a member of the CommunityAid Board. She also serves on the Board of Trustees for the YWCA of Carlisle and Cumberland County and contributes to the finance committee of Domestic Violence Services of Cumberland and Perry Counties. Throughout her career, she has mentored students and supported internship opportunities with Shippensburg University and Dickinson College.
Jackie was also the first president of the Carlisle Area Pickleball Association, helping to establish the nonprofit and develop dedicated courts in the Carlisle area. Background A native of Nebraska, Jackie earned her undergraduate degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Nebraska. Jackie has been recognized for her professional achievements and leadership through several honors.

Kerry Luehrs
Kerry oversees all operations and projects for the firm and works closely with leadership to support compliance and regulatory processes. She plays a key role in maintaining records and files in alignment with FINRA and SEC requirements and serves as the primary point of contact for branch audits, coordinating and implementing ongoing industry compliance requirements for the firm.
Background
Kerry joined the firm in June 2006 and holds Series 6 and Series 63 securities registrations through LPL Financial. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for a nonprofit organization as a Residential Supervisor, providing support and assisting with daily life skills for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Susanne Burke-Hvizdos
Susanne oversees the daily operations of the Carlisle office and serves as the primary point of contact for client administrative requests. She also supports ongoing client communications and oversees client events.
She maintains her Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance licenses and is a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Background
A lifelong resident of Carlisle, Susanne, joined the firm in August 2006. She remains dedicated to cultivating and strengthening relationships with both existing clients and prospective clients.
Pamela Smith
Pamela oversees the daily operations of the Wyomissing efforts and serves as the primary point of contact for client administrative requests. She also supports ongoing client communications and assists with client events.
Pam is a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Background
Pam brings more than 13 years of experience as a Client Service Manager with a financial advising practice in Myerstown, PA. Prior to that role, she spent 20 years in the banking industry in various positions, including Assistant Branch Manager, and later worked for eight years with a local school district in accounts payable and payroll.
Pam lives in Myerstown, Pennsylvania with her husband, Daryll, and has one grown daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling—especially to the beach for her annual family vacation—as well as cooking, baking, reading, and taking walks.
Marisol Martinez-Alvarez MBA
Marisol plays a key role in shaping and supporting the firm’s marketing initiatives, contributing across a wide range of creative, digital, and traditional efforts. She brings experience working with a diverse range of organizations in strategic marketing, digital marketing, and traditional marketing. This experience has helped shape her community focused approach.
Background
Born and raised in Berks County, Marisol earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Alvernia University, along with a Master of Business Administration (MBA). She continues to stay engaged in her field by following evolving marketing trends and best practices.
Outside of the efforts, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and running.
